Have used these filters for years. One complaint is i wish the filters eliminated more toxic heavy metals. Our well water test reveled the heavy metals in our water are in the very low range but i still wish the top 10 heavy metal were filtered. One other comment, we received our delivery with the box literally torn open. It merely secured with a single rubberband. Think i will ask for a new delivery.
