The product has been purchased for over 6 years now and does what I expect it to do in our system. The issue I had on my last delivery was 4 filters in one large box. The filters are usable but all 4 were noticeably dented and damaged due to the shipping box being crushed on one side corner. I was lucky because had the damage been more severe I would not be able to use all 4 items at all since they would not be able to fit in my filter enclosure. I strongly request that either you use a much stronger cardboard box or allow me to buy 2 boxes of 2 filters each at the same price on my next purchase. I will never buy 4 in one box again.

I receive 10 ads per day every day from discount filters.com This is very annoying and must STOP!!!!!! Take me off your email list or I will contact my attorney. Thank you! By the way great filters!!!
