Great product and responsive customer support. The post office said our package had been delivered however we didn’t get it. I called customer support and an English speaking human actually answered the phone. I explained that the package wasn’t delivered. She said give it a day or two and if it is truly lost they would send another. The next day it did arrive in the mail. However I received a follow up email to make sure I had received it.
