Although I am not able to see just what this filter is like underneath it's steal jacket, I can say that the getting this product was quick and easy for me. I like the USPS delivery because they do not leave the package laying about, out in the open, but right to my secure area in front of my door. Also, the price was unbeatable along with the free delivery. You can be sure that I will be using DiscountFilters for more of my filter purchases.
