This was my first time ordering and I couldn't be happier. The product was exactly what I was looking for especially because the size I need is hard to find and great prices. I was hesitant to order at first because some reviews said shipping was slow, but my order arrived very quickly. Will definitely buy again when its time to reorder.

So far product is great. Shipping and Processing is painfully slow! From the the time the order was placed it took two weeks for the product to ge to my door. That's a little much, in my opinion.

In recent years I've experienced difficulty in finding this particular size air filter at plumbing suppliers and retail stores. Thanks to your company, I now have piece of mind; knowing that I can order this item from you and it will be the exact size with quality construction. R. Davis
