The product itself is as advertised. This review is about the service. I recently received a shipment that was damaged during delivery. I emailed the seller and they immediately sent out another shipment. I'm sure everyone would agree that this expeditious communication and response to the issue was great service.

I've been using Discount Filters for all my filter needs, HVAC and refrigerator. I've found the quality and price to be excellent, as well as, their customer service.
