Good communication - the water dispenser on our 8 mo old fridge did not work. We were waiting for the delivery of new filters - called customer service - received prompt response telling us they were for delivery by our post office lady. Sure enough 10 minutes later they arrived - changed filter and bingo the dispenser works!

I buy all my filters in bulk from Disc Filters. Partly because my 24x24x3 is often hard to find. I settle if needs be for 1". And partly because we I hate to use big companies like WalMart. Many of my filters over the years are USA made. Many are not. But at least I can choose. At WM and such there is only whatever best suits their bottom line profit. I prefer a smaller company. They have excellent customer service, too.
