These were purchased for replacements for my brand new pitcher that I bought at the same time, so I haven't had to open these yet because I am still using the one it came with. So the original one that comes with the pitcher seems fine, and I imagine it is the exact same one's here? But honestly, its a water filter and unless you have a meter to test the water after it runs through the filters, I'm not really sure how to truly let you know much more info on them, other than to rate the one that it came with? It fits good in the pitchers water reservoir, it seems like it's very well made, once the filter is primed correctly the water tastes good, and the sale price & hipping was good. Thanks
