We really like these filters we buy from you. They really help keep the air cleaner for us. I have one question: we have 4 or 5 of the black carbon pre-filters left over and wonder what we can do with them. We have two machines, but are using only one now -- the reason for the extra pre-carbon filters left over. Any information would be helpful for us. Thank you for such a great product at a great price.

Filter kits were packed well..had to trim the pre filter to fit the purifier unit but no big deal. The HEPA filters fit exactly. The unit is running and very quiet.
