I live in a condo and the woman that lives below me is somewhat of a chain smoker. The smoke rises through the vents and electrical sockets. My old filter was doing nothing to help. After having installed the one AprilAire filter it has made a drastic difference. Maybe I've smelled her smoke once faintly in the past week. These will be my filters for as long as I live in this condo.

I'm very happy with the product and the fact that you carry our size of 16x25x3. This appears to be a rare size and not available to buy in any local stores (trust me, I looked!).
