I purchased this Lifetime Washable Air Filter for our new Mitsubishi Heat Pump System. It Fits Our Air Return Register perfectly! This Is A Very Good Quality Filter That Is Electrostatic Meaning The Particles Will Adhere To The Filter Surface. The Company Permatron Stated This Filter Is Made For Heat Pumps And High Efficiency Units For More Air Flow And Better Air Distribution. Works Great!!??

I have not used the filter yet, as the one currently being used is still just fine. i only purchased this filter as a back up. I never spoke to anyone as the online purchase was quite satisfactory, and I received the filter in just a few days. If I need anything else I would certainly purchase from this company.
