The product is excellent, as is typical, but as I mentioned to "customer service" when to order was delivered the container was damaged in shipment and one filter "was injured". I will see if it fits properly when I replace the filter now in service in three months. I think I will be able to "press" the bent part into shape so that it will fit into the filter slot of the furnace but if I cannot I will request a credit to be applied to my next order for the damaged filter. Arrived in great condition. (I was concerned that the furnace filters may get crushed or dented in transit.) The first filter is being used now so you early to tell its durability. But it fit into the furnace air return slot perfectly, not to small nor to big.

I ordered a 12 pack of 16x25x1 Merv 13 furnace filters. When the box arrived, it was damaged like something heavy fell on it. When I opened the box, I found that all 12 filters were damaged. I called customer support and talked with Amanda. She arranged for a replacement carton of 12 filters to be shipped to replace the damaged shipment. I also sent several pictures of the damaged box and filters. The replacement shipment arrived in about 5 days without damage. I sent Amanda another email thanking her for excellent customer service and to let her know that the replacement box of filters arrived without issues.
