The filters I bought were fine--unfortunately they won't fit in my vent casing. While the casing dimensions are 12"X24", there's a ridge @ 1.5" inside the casing that is smaller than the 12X24" initial dimension so the filters I was using before actually were slightly different, the outside 2@X24 to fit in the opening of the casing vent but the filter itself @4" in depth, were maybe 11"X23". I haven't damaged the filters and can return and also can send a picture of the vent casing and the inside dimensions. Thanks, Dennis LeVan
