I ordered two of these and got the wrong item sent to me. I spoke to Ryan from this company and he was very polite and helpful with getting the right filters to me. Got the correct filters in the mail yesterday and this time were the correct ones. Thank you Ryan for taking care of this. We are now happy with our new filters.
