The filter was not connected to the housing on one side with a half inch gap

Can't say much about the quality as they have only be in the furnace a bit over a week. They always ask for reviews much too soon after purchase. They look fine and fit just perfectly. I am not having any problems with the product at this point. Price was very similar as at the local Menards store. I ordered on line because I could not find them at Menards in the summer months. Delivery was free and quick so I will probably continue to get them here unless I run into a problem.

The filters have been working great. We change them about every 3 months because the water sucks in this town. The water goes from brown to clear.
