Great Company + Great Filters = Big Win-Win

Comments:

This was a great deal on MERV-13 furnace filters - could only get MERV-10 locally at more $$). I have used Discount Filters ("DF") in the past for other products, and their service and delivery has always superb. With this "Black Friday-Cyber Monday" weekend period, which I forgot to take into consideration when my order did not arrive in the time I was accustomed to from DF. An email to DF's customer service resulted in a very quick reply with "linked" tracking numbers to my product orders, and I was easily able to see what was going on. My DF order wa out the door in less than 24 hours, but UPS Ground really delayed my entire shipment. I give 5-Stars to Discount Filters for product, shipping, and with this order, Customer Service.

Labels on boxes or filters

It would be nice if boxes or filters were labeled . I ordered 2 different filtration strengths - unfortunately can't figure out which is which now -both look exactly the same😩 I will let you know later what rating the filters provide just stared using - for now will give middle score.

I had been using air filters from the big box stores and was buying the best they supplied. After learning about the MERV count from our Furnace Co. I decided to try the 13's from your Co. and I have nothing but praise for them. The air is so much cleaner; my wife has allergies and these filters have helped her tremendously.
