Hydronix 2.5" x 20" String Wound Sediment Cartridge - 5 micron

Hydronix String Wound Cartridges are best used for well water to reduce sand, silt, rust, dirt and scale particles.  Made from polypropylene and cotton fibers wound around a metal core, string wound cartridges hold up to high pressures and are good for larger particles typically not seen in municipal water.  ClearChoice String Wound Filters can withstand temperatures of up to 248°F (120°C).

Hydronix String Wound Cartridges are suitable for a variety of applications including residential and commercial applications. Different wound patterns for different micron ratings insure that you are getting the right product for the right application. FDA Compliant for Food Contact Material Safety.
