Replacement media filter for Honeywell cabinets - 20x20 (actual size 19 7/8" X 19 7/8" X 4 3/8") - MERV 13.
Honeywell air cleaners use filters to improve indoor air quality. With a MERV 13 rating, the filter uses electrostatically charged media to attract and trap small particles of bacteria, dust, dirt, pollen, dander and mold. It also successfully captures odors from cooking, cleaning, smoking and pets. The 28-point beverage board frame resists moisture, mold and rust. A galvanized wire grid and metal support fingers give the filter rigidity. Replace it once every six months for clean indoor air.

This product arrived damaged by the shipper, but was replaced very rapidly and without argument by the vendor. If handled carefully, the thickness of the filter's cardboard chassis is adequate, but just barely. The filter's MERV rating is superior for its price category & it fits per the vendor's description. Performance; so far, so good.

This filter has half the surface area of the filter we previously ordered but the cost was approximately the same. It will have a shorter life and can not be expected to do the job the previous one did.
