Samsung is one of the two largest conglomerates in South Korea (along with LG) and is the world's largest tech company by sales, according to www.samsung.com. Samsung's line of home solutions has expanded to include refrigerator water filters for many different types of fridges, including French three-door, French four-door, side-by-side and side-by-side four-door models.

All Samsung fridge filters should be replaced after six months, when there is decrease in water flow (indicative of some sort of blockage) or when the filter indicator inside the refrigerator comes on. It is important to do this as the filter quality decreases over time and may not be as efficient at removing pathogenic impurities.
