Overall easy to order and fast shipping, as good as I got from Mfg of Carrier Furnace Just think they could make them a little stronger material, meaning the cardboard that encrust the filter media.

THE PRODUCT IS GREAT, BUT UPON ARRIVAL THE BOX THE 2 FILTERS CAME IN WAS MASHED ON THE SIDE EDGE. WHEN I TOOK THE FILTERS OUT THEY WERE ALSO MASHED ON THE SIDE EDGE. I HAD TO REFORM THEM TO FIT AND COVER ALL THE SPACE FOR THE FILTER. I KNOW THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT, BUT MAYBE YOU SHOULD SPEAK WITH THE CARRIER ABOUT HANDLING THE PRODUCT WITH A LITTLE MORE CARE.

If you are using a fiberglass panel filter, consider upgrading to a pleated filter. Pleated media means longer filter life and improved air cleaning capabilities.
