Description

Honeywell replacement media uses synthetic material to trap contaminants found in indoor air. Its pleated design includes an enlarged surface space that captures pet dander, pollen, mold, bacteria and dust. Additionally, the media traps cooking, smoke, paint, pet and bathroom odors. With a MERV 11 rating, it traps up to 85 percent of particulates as small as 3 microns. While maximizing airflow, the media increases the efficiency and performance of your system. Change the filter at least once every six months, and provide a healthier and cleaner indoor environment for your family.

Product Fine - Packaging Awful!

The product appears to be a genuine Honeywell filter, a claim not many other websites can say based on the complaints I've read. The reason I gave this 3 stars though is the packaging from Discount Filters is awful. They squeezed the 2 filters in a box the same size as this filter. So of coursed when I opened the box, the sides of the filters were all crushed in. I'm hoping that's not causing air flow problems in my furnace. They could learn a lot about shipping from Amazon.

Shipment was damaged, but quickly replaced

Both of the filters, packed in the same shipping box, arrived crushed. I emailed customer service, and they promptly shipped replacements. Another separate box of filters in the same shipment was in perfect condition.

6) What is the difference between the 'My Next Order' and 'My Auto-Delivery items' tabs?
The 'My Next Order' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Auto-Delivery if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.  

The 'My Auto-Delivery items' tab displays individual Auto-Delivery items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. Individual Auto-Delivery items can all have different account information or you can make the account information the same for all subscription items.
