Quality filters for a great price. This filter size is unique and is only available to me thru distribution at high $ mark up because they were trying to protect the contractors pricing. Great service from discount filters and they even send you reminder emails when it is time to replace them and reorder.

The filter I ordered is hard to find. Very expensive if provided by HVAC service company. I ordered by phone, was treated nicely, customer service made sure I had the correct filter for my need, and then the order was placed. Received within 4 days nicely boxed. I definitely will use this service again.

This replaces the OEM product for less money however it provides same level of efficiency and fit. I can not find the 5" in store and lucked out finding this company. Shipping arrives on time and no wasted time from leaving the warehouse. I did have one arrive slighly crinkled( previous order) but it still worked fine.
I also appreciate the reminder alerts, i know to check/change filters and to reorder.
