Aprilaire #4725 Universal Seal Kit for model 2200
Replacement seal kit for Spacegard and Aprilaire model 2200 air cleaners. These are 3 pieces of pink or white fiberglass cut to fit the door, and both ends of the media frame. (Adhesive not included - spray adhesive is available at your local hardware store). The kit also includes a foam strip To be applied to the rear of main cabinet on inlet side.

Not sure what I was expecting, and it was simply stuffed (crammed!) in my box with my filters, no packaging or explanation/instructions or even a packing list. I actually was very close to throwing it out as packing materials.

It's probably just me but I think that the replacement pads would of been thicker. When all put together and the filter installed it just seems it's not a tight fit and that air may get past on the sides.
Also the long strip that installs on the back side of the filter housing should be longer and thicker and should be installed by someone that has longer arms than I have. It's a bear trying to reach in and scrap off the old filter strip and glue if you have short arms and a rather tight area to work in

Had to replace the original seals after 15 years. The fit was perfect. Would use again if the system lasts another 15 years!

The product worked just as advertised. No complaint there. My only issue is that it costs a bit much for the small amount of foam and insulation. Next time, I'd go to [...] and do it myself for a lot less money.
