The aftermarket EcoAqua EFF-6005A is used in refrigerators by LG, Kenmore and others and is designed to replace the LG LT500P or LG 5231JA2002A filter.  The EFF-6005A creates better tasting water for drinking and making beverages as well as clean, clearer, healthy ice.

How To Install The EcoAqua EFF-6005A Filter:

  1. Remove old filter cartridge by grasping and turning to the left about 1/4 turn
  2. Apply the month sticker (included) to the catridge as a reminder to replace the filter with 6 months and remove red cap
  3. Align unlabeled side of filter with the indictor line so that it can be inserted into the filter head
  4. Turn the catridge 1/4 turn to the right to lock it into place - you will feel a stop and the locked symbol should now be lined up with the indicator line
  5. Run water through the dispenser for 3 minutes to purge the system

To change shipping address, please click the "Change" link next to the current shipping address. This will prompt a pop-up window where you will be able to enter your new shipping address.

The 'My Next Order' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Auto-Delivery if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. The 'My Auto-Delivery items' tab displays individual Auto-Delivery items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address, and payment information. Individual Auto-Delivery items can all have different account information or you can make the account information the same for all subscription items.
