- Push the tab inward and remove the outer covering.
- Grab the filter and gently turn it counterclockwise until you feel it release.

- Add the new filter by reversing this process.
For a pull tab (located under the compartment):
- Pull the tab downward and remove the outer covering.
- Grab the filter and gently turn it counterclockwise for one quarter of a turn.
