ENTRY PERIOD: DiscountFilters.com Google Glass Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 9:00 AM EST and ends at Monday, December 2, 2013 11:59 PM PST (the “Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S. and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of DiscountFilters.com, National Trade Supply, LLC (the “Sponsor”), their immediate family and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
ENTRY: Multiple entries are allowed and there are 3 ways to enter. 1) Purchases made on DiscountFilters.com throughout the Entry Period will yield one entry for every $10.00 spent, after any discounts and before any applicable taxes or shipping costs. For example, if your purchase total is $92.50 you will be entered into the contest 9 times. If your total was $92.50, but then you used a 10% off coupon code, making your total $83.25, you will be entered into the contest 8 times. The box opting you into the contest must be checked in order for your entry to be verified. Returning any purchase will remove your entries for the dollar amount refunded. The 2) For “liking” DiscountFilters.com on Facebook, you will be eligible for one entry. You may “like” DiscountFilters.com using the “like” button on the site DiscountFilters.com or through the entry tab on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/WeLoveFilters. “Unliking” DiscountFilters.com will eliminate your entry. 3) You may also gain an entries for sharing the information of the contest with others. You may share the information using Facebook, Twitter, or by email. Once the person you shared the information with enters the contest by using the link you provided through the email, Facebook or Twitter post, then you will gain another entry into the contest. If multiple people click on the link, you will receive an entry for each separate person who enters the giveaway. You are providing your information to DiscountFilters.com and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used to administer and execute this Sweepstakes, for future DiscountFilters.com email promotions, and as otherwise permitted by Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://www.discountfilters.com/discountfilters.com-privacy-policy/a147/).
LIMIT: There is no limit on the total amount of entries. However, you may only receive one entry for “liking” DiscountFilters.com on Facebook. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Participants may not register with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any Participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s discretion.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE(“ARV”)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize. Winner will receive one (1) set of Google Glass. ARV of Grand Prize to be rewarded is $1,500. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
RANDOM DRAWING/ NOTIFICATION: Potential grand prize winner will be notified by email on or before December 16, 2013. The potential grand prize winner is requested to confirm his/her mailing address within 48 hours via return email. Prize will be sent to the address on the entry purchase or address provided via email within 2 weeks of winner being verified.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: If the winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any other incidental expenses of prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Winner may not commercially resell the prize, but may give the prize as a gift. Winner may need to open and maintain a Google Wallet account in order to receive support from Google. These Terms will also apply to any gift recipient. By accepting this prize, winner is also agreeing to the terms of Glass, as a gift recipient, found at https://www.google.com/glass/terms/. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, prize won, home city and state, likeness, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered except that merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any) and that prizes are awarded “as is”
GENERAL: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and entrants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and Facebook from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion, and acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Winner Assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. By participating in the promotion, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify Sweepstakes Entities and hold them harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitiation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the promotion, or arising out of participation in any promotion-related or prize-related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any promotion or prize-related activity, whether hosted by Sponsor or a thrid party.
LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize this web site or interfere with the operation of the sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law governing. Any claims, judgments and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this sweepstakes. Entrant hereby waives any rights or claims to attorney’s fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of entrant, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise.

MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Releases will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Releases is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
