6 Ways to Boost Your Metabolism

Metabolism is the process by which the body breaks down food to produce energy. Your body’s metabolism is healthy when it can efficiently process food intake and calorie management.  Unfortunately as we get older, our metabolism starts to slow down.  It can become difficult for many to shed those unwanted pounds when their metabolism slows down. Jack up your metabolism by building lean muscle mass.
