The Lennox Healthy Climate PureAir replacement UVA lamp uses UVA light rays to oxidize contaminants in the air with no toxic chemicals. Lennox recommends that the bulbs be replaced once per year for optimum performance since the bulb effectiveness declines with use.

The original bulbs lasted for more than three years. I am replacing them because of the manufacturer's recommendation of two-year cycle.
I like the half-size opaque treatment of the bulb for the reflected light coming from the hole in the panel is now significantly reduced.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and every bulbs were intact. I wish iaqsource would have put the bulbs in a more secure box rather than simply removing the two out of the six-bulb box then ship to me.

4 pack was cheaper and easer than ordering separate bulbs. Packed well. Easy to install. However it might have been good if they had included the same sort of instructions that are in the owners manual for the air cleaner. Also, information on recycling the old bulbs would have been helpful.
