We put this in the master shower. My problem was dry skin and my expensive hair color that was turning orange after a week or so. This product was an attempt to solve the problem and it worked great. Such a surprise. Most things don't come up to my expectations and this did. Even my husband has noticed softer water.Result-softer skin and hair that looks like I stepped out of the salon.

We recently bought an older house with a very old piping system. The bathroom tub was fitted over. The issue with ours was that shower pipe came out and down just like the faucet! Any shower head we placed on it would be point horizontally and this was after we had adjusted the shower head itself to point as far up as possible. We were taking horizontal showers since we couldn't stand underneath the shower head. The double shower extension solved this issue! We are now able to take showers very easily while standing under the shower head! :-) It also clears people who are 6' +. Highly recommend it. The filter is a plus but you will have to change it every 3-6 months. I've only had it for a month so not sure how easy/hard it is to change. Also, directions say you need to run hot water for two minutes for the filter to "activate". Since I didn't buy it for the filter capabilities I don't waste the water... Of Note, we've noticed the water to be "softer". Our hair and skin as not as dry either...
