Ordered Generic filters first. They wouldn't fit properly. Discount Filters quickly remedied the situation by refunding my $$ and reordered the proper Samsung brand factory original filters plus a 10% discount for my trouble. Excellent customer service plus the prices are very competitive. I'll now only use Discount Filters for both our homes.

The refrigerator computer started acting up, chirping incessantly. Even shutting off the water supply did not stop it. Resetting by unplugging for a while and plugging it back in didn't stop the chirping. This Samsung refrigerator came close to being pushed out the front door because it was one month past warranty. There was no way to shut off the obnoxious chirping noises until I replaced the water filter with the factory model and cycled it a half dozen times. If you have an issue with yours, make sure you use these factory replacements. It shut the refrigerator up! Finally!
