I am a full time caregiver and cannot go to look at stores for these. It was so easy and they were delivered to my doorstep in 2 days! I couldn't believe it. I had a problem with the filter leaking and called to speak to one of your reps and she suggested replacing "O" ring and that was it!! The rep also reminded me that the filters were guaranteed if they did not work properly. How great is that!

I ended up with this filter after originally purchasing the less expensive Water Sentinal filters. Those tasted horrible so I went with the PureSourcePlus and it's great. The Discount Filters service was great as well.
