7SO Softening Cartridge 9607-04
The 7SO Softening Cartridge reduces scale-forming minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, featuring a quick-change cartridge that makes replacement easy. This filter is designed to be used on water having up to 30 grains hardness per gallon (500 mg/L) at a flow rate of up to 1/2 gallons per minute. No electrical connection is required. It should be installed in a series with an Everpure fine filter cartridge.
The filter has a capacity of 2,000 grains, a working pressure of 10-125 psi, and a working temperature of 35-100 degrees.
The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this drinking water system are not necessarily in your water. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used with disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts.
