Clean indoor air provides HVAC efficiency and helps your family breathe better. With a MERV 16 rating, this factory original Lennox filter provides nearly perfect indoor air. It removes bacteria, viruses, mold, pet dander, dust, dirt, bioaerosols and a variety of odors. The in-line cartridge includes electrostatically charged, pleated media that attracts particles without preventing airflow. Every six months, replace the filter. Expand the replacement media, insert it into the plastic frame and secure it with existing pleat spacers for clean indoor air.

When we bought a new furnace/AC units, we had this filter box installed a couple of years ago. This filter is the highest rated on the market, and it has performed extremely well. While pricey, it doesn't have to be changed very often, for us 6 months to one year! It is a little difficult to install. Wear gloves! This is far and away the cheapest place to buy it!

This filter reduces dust and keeps horizontal wood surfaces clean. I would recommend rubber gloves for installation. The filter fibers tend to coat hands and they do not easily wash off with soap and water.

The ozone generator in my April Air 5000 made me sick. This filter fits perfectly in the April Air 5000 and gives HEPA performance rated at MERV 16 without having to use the ozone.
