The Lennox Model X0583 is a factory original air filter that fits both Lennox and various Honeywell models. Discount Filters offers this replacement filter as a factory original BMAC (box media air cleaner) filter under part number 110202. Its construction consists of a double-wall paperboard frame that will resist warping even in high humidity. The filter media boasts an electrostatic charge to trap harmful airborne contaminants as well as dust, dirt and grime that can invade any air system.
Rated MERV 10, this replacement filter effectively can trap particulates as small as three microns. These include but are not limited to mold spores, pollen, dust mites, pet dander, auto emissions and even welding fumes. The higher the MERV number, the smaller (and more) particles a filter may be able to catch and remove from your circulating air.

Product is great. It works for its intended purpose. Product says to replace filter ever year, I find the Central HVAC runs better if I replace the filters every 6 months. After 6 months of use the filter is pretty dirty so I don't know how people can go longer than 6 months to replace.
