These filters were recommended by my HVAC service guy. I had been using 2" filters and getting a lot of dust throughout my home for years. They are expensive but, if they last for 6 months, that's a deal. Hope they cut down on the dust. Filter has been in for 10 days.

The product came in a timely manner at a fair price but one of the media filters was a little crushed. Rather than hassle with a return we re-structured the shape and in the containment of the air conditioning unit it held tight.

When a new refrigerator filter is installed, there may be some sputtering and spitting of water while air is forced out of the filter media. This is normal and will stop after the carbon media becomes saturated with water.
