Despite being damaged in shipping, I presume the filters will serve their purpose. However, the next time I may consider retail purchase.

It is a replacement filter for an old electrostatic filter system and seems to fit ok. It's cheaper than the merv 11 filter furnished by local furnace co. Hopefully with the merv 13 rating it will take care of mold allergents and other small irritants that the previous filter wasn't rated to handle. I'll know better after a year's use. No manufacturer's name on the product although I saw the name Koch on carton.

I have used similar filters before. These were advertised as MERV 11 but arrived MERV 13 (That is better than MERV 11). I'll see how tyhey hold up but looks good so far.

Comes fully assembled, unlike my old filter which you had to take the old dusty filter out and replace with new media, so the install was clean and easy. Fit like a glove, nice and tight. Will buy the product again.

Did you know that the nominal size of your air filter is probably not the same as the actual size? Just like measurements on lumber, the actual size of an air filter is usually slightly smaller than the nominal size.
