Putting the same review as for the 12X24, since there was no difference besides size.
The filters looked to be good quality and buildup. They don't look as refined on the cardboard or filter material as the 3M stuff, but in the same league. Seem to be filters all the particulate just as good as the 3M. We are sensitive in our home to allergens and could notice one day after install feeling better regarding sinus function.

It was as expected, I mean how difficult is it to change an air filter... I was happy to see it advertised as 11.5" by 11.5" as I thought my duct was just too small (which is exactly 11.5x11.5). However it appears the filters are really slightly bigger at 11.75x11.75, so I had to fold and bend them to fit.

Good price, but had to return due to poor fit resulting in whistling. Check your actual intake dimensions before purchasing to ensure these will cover the entire flow area and won't rise and fall (clank) on the intake cover when your unit cuts on and off. These are about 1/4 smaller in the long dimensions, and maybe 1/8 smaller in the short dimension than most of the ones you'd pick up at the orange or blue box store.

These filters are a pain to find locally in Merv 8 or higher so I order them in bulk from here. Quality is on par with filters that cost much more locally.

The filters are smaller than competitors which fit snugly into the filter frame in ceiling mounted return air grilles. When the heat starts the filter lifts and makes an audible sound as it meets the frame. Same problem when the heats turns off.
