The issue was dust. For some reason it was getting hard to get my size of filters locally, the ones I found seemed to allow the ambient dust level to increase. I don't like to dust, but I do like to have a reasonably clean place to live. So far after installing all new filters, the CH&A unit seems quieter, and I don't seem to have the dust level I had before. It's not perfect, but it's way better than before. I'm still evaluating.

Finding a filter for my Fantech inline HRV filter box was hard to find until I can across these. The dimensions are exactly 19.5x9.5x3/4. I tried 3 other manufacturers and one dimension was always off. These were perfect and the price was very fair. I will definitely buy them again.

These filters seem to be a higher grade than what the builder had installed. Flat, paper like surface as compared to the one we replaced that was filled with what looked like glass wool.

Since this filter is an odd size and not carried in my local stores I had previously been purchasing it (special order) through [...]. The price was much higher for an equivalent filter. Now I have found Iaqsource as an alternate to purchase this filter henceforth. Excellent quality, fair price. Thanks
