Installed about 3 hours before my husband got in from work, he noticed the house smelled cleaner. We have a wood stove in the basement that at times can put out a lot of smoke and this filter clears it up in no time. We have 2 cats and a dog that usually had hair everywhere and dust would build up overnight, that has also cut down a good bit.I didnt want to pay so much for a filter but now I kow its worth it and will buy them again.

I have purchased fairly good grades of AC filters for years but could never quite make myself pay the retail prices for MERV 13 rated AC filters. These new filters are of such obviously higher quality than what I've been using and they really "trap" everything, and I mean everything. The air quality in my home is better, cleaner, fresher than ever before. I bought them at a price comparable to a MERV 8 filter in my local stores.

We tend to forget to replace our filters. The 3-month life of this one is helpful. Since using it there is a noticeable improvement in the effectiveness of our air conditioning. I can't really compare it to other filters, but this is easy to use, reasonably priced, and effective.
