Very happy to find a custom-sized filter not available locally. Good variety in terms of price and filtration needs from which to choose. I've checked the filter and it's doing an excellent, quiet job. I no longer have to piece together two filters to create one that fits! No more high-pitch whistling from poor fitting filters - yeah! Have already recommended to friends.

Got 12x30 filter which is a weird size that isn't carried by any of the stores around. Fit perfectly. No complaints at all.
As for exactly how well it filters out stuff, I have no idea as I don't really know how to tell the difference.
