Features:
The filter provides moderate dust/particulate holding capabilities but does not carry a MERV rating as it's primary function is the control of odors. Odorous gases and vapors are attracted to and held by the unique properties of the activated carbon material.
Filter last approximately 3 months under normal use. Note: This product is not manufactured or distributed by Research Products Corporation, owner of the registered trademark AprilaireŽ.

These pleated filters are made to be installed in the Aprilaire/Space-Gard 2400 Air Cleaner. They are fully expanded - and no assembly or pleat spacers are required. Simply place the filter in the plastic inner housing and slide it in!
Filters are fully expanded when shipped - no assembly required!! 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1). Place filter into existing plastic frame (not included) - matching airflow arrows on filter and frame
2). Snap plastic frame together around filter
3). Slide entire assembly into air cleaner cabinet and replace door
