There was a problem with the original shipment in that the contents were destroyed by the carrier. I logged a complaint on their website the same day and was pleasantly surprized by their proactive response in resolving the problem for me. Replacement filters were shipped the next day. Did you know that the nominal size of your air filter is probably not the same as the actual size? Just like measurements on lumber, the actual size of an air filter is usually slightly smaller than the nominal size.
