The box arrived when UPS said it would. The box was not properly sealed. There was no damage to the box or contents. The tape securing the box at it's base was not completely covering the joint for three quarters of the length of the box bottom joint. The contents could have burst the joint and been all over the floor. Other than that no problems at all. Discount Filters would have got five stars from me if it wasn't for the tape problem. Thank you.
