This is the best disposable monthly filter for the price.
The shipping box is very flimsy and the cardboard edges of the filters were bent and squashed. That makes gaps around them in the return air opening.

The filter wouldn't fit correctly. It was too wide to push into the opening. (about a 1/2 inch) I requested 24 x 18 and it was bigger than 18 inches. Can I return them and get a smaller size?Can you send me an RMA and return shipping label:Linda Schaefer [@] Bedford, Ohio 44146Thanks

This size (18 x 24) is not carried by the big box stores for some reason. I got a Fair price, Free shipping, arrived in about 4 days..will order again...couldnt ask for any better service.

The product is great, but the carton they came in should have been more sturdy. It was crushed and crushed some of the filters. I don't think it harmed the effectiveness of the filters though. It's a really good value and since I haven't been able to find this type of filter in the stores, it was really nice to find it on your website.
