Our Pleated Panel Filters outperform ordinary furnace filters, allowing the units to remain cleaner and run more efficiently. The 100% synthetic electrostatically charged gradient density media, ideal pleat spacing, high initial and sustained efficiency, high dust holding capacity and very low pressure drop make this filter invaluable. The quality of your indoor air depends on the type of system and the type of filters you use in that system.

This filter reduces airborne allergens — bacteria and particulate that carry viruses, mold spores, fine dust, pollen, and pet dander. Moreover, this filter resists chemical, moisture and microbes; therefore, mold, mildew, bacteria and other microorganisms are also controlled. The filter helps prevent allergies and sickness. This pleated filter is commendable for high-velocity systems and is cost effective because it is more than 30 times more efficient at catching micro particles and pulling them deep within the media.

Carbon Pleated Filter

This filter’s primary job is to control odors and it does not have a MERV rating. These exceptional filters are carbon impregnated in a non-woven media and are meant to be interchangeable with existing HVAC filters.

The distinctive characteristics of the activated carbon attract and hold odorous gases and vapors such as pet odors, bathroom smells, new paint fumes, cooking odors, cooking smoke, cigarettes and cigar smoke. Not only does the filter offer superb odor control, but the pleats produce moderate dust/particulate holding capabilities which make them very cost effective at every third month “replace and dispose” schedule.
