The greatest most important thing about it, was it was half the cost of buying it when your heating and air is being serviced under a maintenance contract. If you change your own filters from time to time and following the instructions, there is o reason you can't replace this door without paying a fee to have it installed. If you can't replace the door you can't change your own filters.
